Hi. I’m Annie and I specialise in supporting families. I can help to ease the load by thinking with you and organising support to help your family to thrive.
You may have some concerns about your child’s development or someone at childcare, kinder or school might have recommended some further investigations.
I can help with:
Completing developmental screening for your child using evidence based tools to help understand and support your child’s developmental needs.
Making sense of steps you could take to support your child’s development including helping you find community support, connect with early childhood partners or help to access the NDIS.
Working on funding options to pay for appointments (if not NDIS eligible) or helping you access public health services.
Supporting adolescents and young people to connect to appropriate services.
Helping you get appointments with:
Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists
Paediatricians, General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and other medical specialists
Dietitians, Feeding Therapists and Podiatrists
Play Therapists, Art Therapists and Music Therapists
Infant allied health specialists
Support Coordination Services for NDIS plans
If you are looking for support for yourself or an adult loved one,I may be able to help too. Please send me an email with what you are looking for.
I am passionate about supporting our culturally and linguistically diverse families and would love to hear from any services/families who require Social Work support. Use of interpreters is available for all clients.
